At Nestino, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return under the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria

 Timeframe: You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date.

 Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original branded packaging.

 Exceptions: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, laundered, or have had their original tags removed.

3. Instruction: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the address to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund.

 Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Shipping Policy

Manufacturing Defects/Our Errors: If an item is received with a manufacturing flaw or if we shipped an incorrect item, Nestino will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

 Customer Preference: If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as sizing preference), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
